"Parking was convenient and breakfast was good. The hotel was close to a McDonalds restaurant. When we arrived I read that housekeeping was offered every other day. We asked for daily housekeeping and they obliged.
The room was clean and a decent size. Staff was also friendly."

"The key card system is defective. I, along with every other guest I saw in the main lobby had to get a new keys to our rooms everyday. The staff gives off the impression it’s been like that for a while and it’s a non-issue to them. The furniture in the room was pretty rough (damaged/stained). Property is beautiful but has seen better days."

"Nice little place. Eclectic in that there were definite new features, along with features still needing to be repaired or updated. Room was clean. Courtyard is very nicely done, with all doors open to inside courtyard. Pool closes at 8pm, would be nice to be open later. Restaurant onsite, though closes around 2pm. Places close by though to eat, walkable. All in all I would definitely stay there again. Very affordable for the area."

"Venice Villas kennen wir von vorherigen Aufenthalten, nur diesmal war es kontaktlos. Die Kommunikation verlief etwas schleppend, man bekam nicht wirklich zügig eine Antwort. Zum Glück bekamen wir rechtzeitig den schlüsselcode und die Zimmernummer mitgeteilt, da wir nur bedingt Wifi hatten. Ansonsten war es schön wie immer."

"We stayed here for five nights for a sports tournament. The location was great, parking was easy, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the stay itself wasn’t terrible, we felt the overall value didn't match the price.
The hotel felt more like a glorified Holiday Inn Express, but without the complimentary breakfast, and at significantly higher rates. The restaurant also seemed overpriced and was mostly empty; throughout our stay, I saw only a few families dining there.

"We stayed for a baseball tournament and it was a grand slam! Great rooms, lobby had board games for the kids to play. The pool was nice and clean ( hot tub was nice not a fan of the light it makes the hot tub water look yellow) the pool has grill so we were able to grill some hot dogs and hamburgers after a game. The breakfast was good( normal hotel choices). The stuff was great and helpful. Overall it was the perfect hotel."
