"The staff was great"

"Pool areas had low water, broken lounge chairs and over flowing garbage and towel cans. Obvious that there are issues with staffing for housekeeping and pool maintenance. Lounge chairs have been clean d in a while and my feet were dirty after 20 minutes walking on the floors in the suite."

I asked the concierge how to order room service as it is not well explained in the room at all, and the concierge told me they have never been asked that question before and they did not know. "Great location, a bit dated, the staff were very helpful in terms of free water and cookies! Overall a good resort and looks like they are upgrading parts of it so that should improve it."
