"Hotel was clean, safe, and super close to our evening event location. 2 of the 3 guest elevators were out of service for maintenance. The 1 remaining, along with the useable service elevator, made for long wait times to occur. Had to call maintenance to resolve a hot water challenge in the bathroom, and asked if someone could come while we were out; it was fixed by the time we returned. We would stay here again. :)"

"Very nice room; comfortable, clean and spacious enough for a single person. Staff at front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the cafe on the 2nd floor and appreciated the credit given by hotel as an offset for the resort fee. Also appreciated the closeness to Seattle Convention Center. Def would stay here again."
