"We had king size room, lots of space!! Quiet, clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was good. Our only issue was with Hot tub. And not only ones couldn't get it to work all the time. We travel with our little dog was dog friendly for a fee. Would stay again next time."

"The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. One woman stood in front of my door and barked orders at some other people apparently far from where...

"The air conditioning did not work right ,it wasn't blowing enough air ,and my significant other , and I have bad ungs It was too hot in the room,we had to go out and buy a fan..I looked,and I noticed the side of the air conditioning was not properly sealed, there was an open space ,to where you could see the outside,and outside air could get in.There was no plug for the bath tub either.The beds were comfortable though .need to think about moving the mirror from behind the tv ,and replacing the...

"Good overall experience for the money. Decent property with excellent staff and good room accommodations. Would have liked to have seen better gym facilities, and overall more cleanliness in terms of the property and grounds. The elevator was especially messy."

Loved our room; we had the two queen beds with separate living room and full kitchen and it was perfect for myself, my husband and 7 month old baby. This is the second time staying at this hotel. We plan on booking this hotel every time we’re in the Dells. Highly recommend."
