"Bathroom looked dingy and found hair on towels. Sheets had strong bleach smell. Never received the bar tickets or dinner coupons. Keys didn’t work all the time. Had to msg to ask for the provided water bottles. One small ice machine on first floor. Doors creaked. Positive note.. close to Wrigley. Cute lobby decor."

"Cute updated urban hotel, great location for walking to many restaurants. Charming front courtyard & lobby area too. Breakfast is more or less grab-n-go, but there are eggs, waffles etc to bring to room or eat in lobby. Gluten free bread was appreciated. Staff could be friendlier in person but very responsive to texts. My main complaint was the noise level in both my rooms. 1st room had a nice street view. But it was adjacent to the housekeeping closet. This 4th floor room's vintage door wasn't soundproof & the hallway loud noise starts right at 7:00am when the cleaners start. Also the TV didn't work, there was no toilet paper holder and the shower handle was about to fall off. They fixed the last 2 very quickly. By the 3rd night I considered changing rooms. After talking to night staff about options, she said someone could help me move to a quieter area on the end of a hallway on the 2nd flr at the back of the bldg. The next morning I noticed the long hallway of rooms was being renovated, construction materials, music blaring & workers everywhere. I couldn't believe they moved me to a wing under renovation when I requested a quieter room. Although they started work later at 8:00, it was still a noisy room from the heating/ac unit. Like a jet plane powering up & down. And the housekeeping room was directly across from my room. Pros: I really enjoyed the large spotless hottub spa and sauna. The gym looked pretty comprehensive. No locker rooms but there is a bathroom."

"Hotel Lincoln is very dated and overpriced. It is a joke that they charge you a destination fee on top of the already expensive prices. The carpets in the rooms are very old and nasty. "

"everything went smoothly , only thing would be there is no check in desk or staff.. from what i noticed also no early check in what so ever which was a bummer since i had an early flight. everything else was perfect, i think this is great for a small stay , the train station is nearby and some great easy restaurants. shared restroom. room was small but mighty."

"Not for everyone. Vintage themed. Quaint. Great for solo stay. Enjoyed my 1 night. Nice patio, but it needs some spring cleaning. Terrible parking options(street) Would stay again(short)."
