"I didn't care for the place. The coffee(in lobby only) was horrible! Nothing in the rm., cups, ice bucket etc. The only thing is tissue, that's nice to have. Someone set off the fire alarm at 2am. We all had to get up & the firefighters had to check the building!"

During our stay, the water was turned off, which caused a major inconvenience for us. It made it difficult to shower after our event and get ready for bed. I understand that issues can happen, but it would have been appreciated if there had been better communication before booking or accommodations provided.
