"As with all old seafront hotels it’s very hard to update them to the standard of most modern hotels. This hotel is one of them, but I think what they have achieved is brilliant. Yes we paid for a premier room and it was worth every penny. The breakfast was excellent, staff lovely and we even had a singer for entertainment. I was suitably impressed and we will be returning. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Lovely hotel, restaurant food was very good, wait staff excellent, The room was good, but found the bed a big hard. There was no aircon and the fan was not really suitable to keep the room cool. There were no tissues or shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Disappointing no fridge to keep drinks cool and no complimentary water."
