Very nice hotel, but they should renovate their pool. The paint is very chipped and cleanliness was questionable. Also the parking situation is annoying. They have 70 rooms and only about 45 parking spaces. Street parking is not easy to find and quite pricey. Good accommodations when traveling with pets, it’s situated close to the dog beach. Overall a nice hotel with great potential.

They made me wait an hour and a half for a room with an ocean view, and then they gave me the worst room they had—one with no ocean view. I paid $314.00 for a room that isn't worth more than $80. The room was dirty and full of sand, and they charged me $20 for parking. Definitely the worst experience.

The young woman at the check in was such a pleasure to talk to. She was so friendly and helpful to me and all the guests I saw her interact with. The roos could use more trash cans, one small bathroom trash can isn’t enough. Maybe some bathroom shelves. The room description is a little confusing. I booked my original room because it said it was a double room. It was not! It was one room with two beds(double beds). The young woman at the desk fixed the problem and moved us to a better room with all the things we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4 (3 humans and 1 cat). The staff and guests were all so friendly and kind. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the boardwalk was our favorite way to unwind at night. We will definitely be staying again!

Our second year staying here always no issues clean rite on the beach small pool but your on the beach and they allow pets so can't beat it! Oh and staff is helpful
