"The property has an excellent location … close to the water, train station, history, restaurants, tours, etc. All within walking. Staff was ok. The restaurant attached was very good with great service. Now our room…a disaster. It was very old and in need of everything. Everything needed updating. "For the price of the hotel we were expecting more. First there were no elevators for the property so if you are on the second floor you will have a hard time with your luggage, We were on the first floor and we still had to go up two flights of stairs. "No notice upfront that the pool needed to be booked in advance for 2 hour time slots. By the time we checked in there was no availability. Mostly booked the hotel for the pool so it was a bit discouraging. The rest of the hotel was very clean and nice!"

"Fantastic, newly renovated hotel in a great, clean, safe area of Boston close to all the main tourist areas and sights.
Fantastic cafe on the ground floor too for both your morning breakfast or a beer later in the day.
