The surrounding hotels did not look half as nice. I will definitely recommend this place. The bed was very comfortable too. "

"La Posada is a SW historical delight. It is a place to stop along your West Coast to East travel, or vice versa. We stayed, relaxed before continuing on our travels. The big surprise was the Turquoise Room-Delicious Bon Appetite breakfast, lunch, dinner options. Our only suggestion would to have the 2-4, extended to 5 for more flexibility for arrivals, or include lite fare on dinner menu. Staff welcoming. A gem along Rte.40. "
