"This is an older hotel that is definitely showing its age and could benefit from some maintenance and updating. That said, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything I needed for a good night’s rest was there. For the price, I felt it offered good value. If you’re looking for luxury, this probably isn’t the place, but if you want an affordable, clean, and comfortable stay, it’s a solid choice. With a little investment in maintenance, this hotel could really shine again."

"I stayed at this hotel while on vacation with my child, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During our stay, my child was bitten repeatedly by mosquitoes, causing significant swelling and discomfort. I reported the issue to the hotel staff, but my complaint was ignored, and no action was taken to address the problem or assist us. This lack of concern for guest safety and customer service was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This was my boyfriend and I first trip together. We came for the stampede and.both love staying at holiday inn properties when we travel. The room was so spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Not a single complaint in that department. My only complaint is the rooms arent sound proof. There was a party going on in the Nextdoor rooms and with the latch on the door, the opening and closing and hitting the latch was so irritating and disturbing. This was ongoing all day...
