"The staff was amazing, especially Destiny. She helped make sure my son got gluten-free items at breakfast and made great suggestions for other meals and activities. Breakfast is basic continental but the staff makes sure it's stocked and fresh. The room was clean and very easily accessible through the patio door straight to the parking lot.
The location of the hotel was excellent. It was close to a variety of restaurants and a short drive from Helen, GA. Great mountain views from the room and the lobby. The hotel was so quiet we were able to enjoy reading on the couch and played a game in the breakfast area one evening.
The bathroom could use a bit of an update. Wallpaper was coming off on a couple corners and sink could be replaced.
We definitely plan to return."
