"I booked a balcony room and I got pushed into a 1st floor room. The property needs a good cleaning and the bathroom was gross. The laundry room also smells VERY stinky. It worked out for what I needed but o was underwhelmed and didn’t think I got the quality of what I paid for. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time. But I will say that the staff were great."

"The room was on the second floor. Every step going up to second floor was dirty. They were never cleaned. The room needed toilet paper. We requested it every day we were there.Finally went to store across the street and bought some! Thee was no staff to talk to. You had a number to text what was needed that was never answered. The coffee shop next door was terrific! Great coffee and breakfast items!!"
