We have tecently been travelling around India, Bhutan and Nepal staying at a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels but our all too short time at Zone Niathu was probably the best experience of all and certainly the best value. The hotel is in a lovely setting with great facilities around the pool and a perfect place to relax over a well made cocktail. The rooms are very smart with modern bathroom facilities and unlike other hotels we stayed at everything actually works. However, the stand-out is the...

The property has ample open space, neatly maintained. The greenery, the shilong view from property is spectacular. I would definitely recommend it. Staff was helpful and service was prompt. Special thanks to joe and LIBA for guidance and service.

Best Hotel I’ve stayed at in Northeast India.
Comfortable rooms excellent service.
Gym equipment was fine. One elliptical would have been nice instead of three treadmills.
The live music in the sky bar was very good and provided a good atmosphere for taking dessert and a cocktail after dinner out with friends.

Every employee at the HOTEL is helpful, polite, and cheerful. It is impossible to single out one Employee because they are all excellent at their jobs. It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is not luxurious, but it is simple and clean. The menu was creatively designed, but some lunch and breakfast options could be added. Danish and croissants were mentioned but were not available, so there might need to be some more breakfast options.
