"Staff were very pleasant but the property is kind of old and it needs an uplift. It would be nice if the owners gradually invest a little and spruce up the property to bring it up to par. But overall I would recommend it and visit again."

"We checked in at 630pm and are rooms were not ready had to wait 1/2 hour asked the situation got a answer I dont know. When we got to our rooms they were clean beds were comfortable. Happy about that what happened with check in must have been a fluke because I have never had this issue at any Hampton Inn locations."

"The two staff members I spoke to were both extraordinarily friendly and nice. That just really set this place apart among other nearby hotels that are similar, so I will go back. I've stayed several places in this town over the years, and this is my favorite so far. Parking is easy, and the location is walking distance of a street full of restaurants and a fabulous bakery, Radina's Bakehouse."

"Hardly any beers were available at the lobby Shop. A can of local beer cost $7.61. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was absolutely abysmal. You can’t out on your makeup except by the bedroom window in the daytime. The water pressure at the sink is quite low, so it’s hard to wash up. Signage for the Restaurant would be nice. The staff were very nice and helpful."

"The rooms were dirty and smelled of cat urine. The sheets were dirty. The bath had black and pink mold on the walls, tub, and shower curtain. The property was falling apart and needed maintenance. The pool was falling apart with chunks of concrete scattered throughout the bottom. It also smelled of fish. The staff was hard to track down. The breakfast was stale and cold. We ended up leaving after only 3 nights of our week stay. Overall, a very unpleasant stay."

"They were understaffed - the ones who were there were doing their best and were very nice. But it took two hours to find any bedding that didn't have feathers and they didn't seem to understand how to check or keep them separate for allergy sufferers. The coffee was bad, nothing fresh or high in protein for breakfast (worse than usual hotels like this.) There was a dog across the hall that barked and howled until 12:30 am.
