"A little dusty in the room. But overall good size for 4 adults, comfy, perfect location, easy short walk from Bright Angel trail, great service, food hall and pizza pub easy food options at very reasonable prices. Would stay there again."

"This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed at property. Check in was a pain. Jackie at the front desk was rude. I booked a 1 bedroom unit and ended up getting a one bedroom studio. There was black mold in the shower. The carpets were sticky. E203 was our unit. My other 2 stays were great and we had great one bedroom room with a large double sink, nice shower."

"My wife and I have stayed at both Best Westerns in Kingman for the past six years. Usually 4 star stays. This time was different. Maybe just a bad weekend. Both ice machines were down. The room smelled like an ash tray even though it is "no smoking". The guest next door kept talking about fighting someone, anyone, he just felt like fighting. "The Lux Verde was exceptional. The location allows easy access to all of Cottonwood and a pleasant view of the area. We stayed 5 nights for a softball tournament and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The AC in the rooms works great and is not too loud. Breakfast was busy, but very nice. But please add bacon! While some of the guests were ill-informed and “Karenish” towards our service dog, the staff themselves were accommodating and well-informed on the law.
