"Reception was nice and clean and staff were welcoming. I didn’t get the 20% voucher on check in so had to chase that the following day. The room was okay, but the rug didn’t look like it was very clean. Breakfast is served on the second floor but when we stayed (over Easter weekend) there were a lot of families with children so very busy. I booked this hotel as it mentioned catering for coeliacs but there were very limited options. The hot section had mixed beans and some small breaded tater tots which is limited for hot breakfast. The room doesn’t come with complimentary water which is not great for those who travelled from further away. All in all, I’d say this is an average three star hotel in a quiet area."

"Not many plugs in the room unless you want to unplug a lamp. The room was warm for us and we had to leave our windows open the entire stay. No fan in the bathroom and no plugs for beauty devices except a shaver. "
