"They switched the price to three hundred a night. Double charged my card. The front desk was very rude when I Questioned it and the manager still has not called me back. Will be contacting the attorney general office and the BBB."

"There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."

"All the staff I encountered was so incredibly nice! They all spoke with me and my kids when we passed, even if it was just a "how's your day going?". I've stayed at other LaQuintas before and this by far is the most cleanest and up to date hotel I've been at by this chain. Would definitely stay here again!"
