"A superb property that punches well above its price point. The hotel has a beautiful and high quality interior and exterior design. The rooms in particular are fantastic, combining highly aesthetic Japanese design influences with comfort and usability.
The general quality of the materials used through is high.
The staff are another highlight, clearly well trained, helpful and friendly. A delight to deal with.
We very much enjoyed the breakfast offering each day, as well as the access to the executive lounge.
The availability of parking on site was also very helpful during our stay.
Two small suggestions for improvements would be:
1. An alternative solution for the temporary storage of guest luggage awaiting onward transfer. This is held in the lobby and diminished the stylish space somewhat.
2. The main breakfast area is very busy at peak times. Perhaps the layout of food items could be updated to reduce bottlenecks. For example, the coffee, juice and bakery stations, which tend to be the most heavily used, are all located next to one another. We were fortunate to have access to breakfast at the executive lounge. This was a much quieter and relaxing experience. The quality of the executive / suite level amenities is high and well worth considering.
Overall a 10/10 property though. This was our second stay and we will definitely return. "
