"This hotel is an old-school 5-star hotel with doormen, concierge service, etc. I say "old-school" because it shows in the decor: quite conservative, a bit dated especially when compared to a more modern 5-star hotel. But the staff across the board are wonderful, incredible polite, and happy to be of service in every way. Very typical of professional Japanese service.
One obvious weakness: The "business" center is one simple computer. But the rooms are equipped with healthy wi-fi so I didn't need...
