"Lovely staff and amazing views, but room was cold and damp We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful throughout, which made a big difference. The views were absolutely amazing, and the hot tub was great — very clean and a really nice place to relax. We also really liked the communal room with the pool table and fireplace, which gave the hotel a cosy atmosphere. On the downside, the restaurant had very limited vegetarian options, with basically only risotto and omelette available. Unfortunately, the risotto was not very nice. Breakfast was okay, but quite basic — croissants, cheese, ham, tomatoes and cereal, with no warm options. The main issue for us was the room, which felt quite cold and humid. Our clothes even became damp overnight, which was uncomfortable. Overall, this place has some lovely features, especially the staff, views and shared spaces, but there is definitely room for improvement with the food and room comfort."

"Perfect stay in a very clean modern safe apartment with more than what was expected. We spent two weeks there and traveled the entire island several times. We both agree that Porta Del Gada is one of the nicest areas and we had an excellent time."

"Was not able to enjoy amenities because of the weather and early departure but the view looked lovely. The floor in our room was VERY noisy and the bathroom could do woth some updating. The shower curtain was old and discoloured and the shower faucet very basic and flew all over the place unless you held it. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was not great. Breakfast looked good but we didn't have time to enjoy as we had a flight to catch. Staff were wonderful!"
