"This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. My wife and I stayed here and we will be coming back soon because we loved it so much."

"Nuestra llegada fue a las 20 horas, con una habitación sucia, llena de cabellos, sábanas sucias y húmedas, fue el personal de recepción y corroboró la condiciones, nos ofrecen otra habitación y nos llevan, en esta ni siquiera estaba en servicio, sin ropa y todo mal, nos vuelven a cambiar de habitación. En el restaurante pedí una pechuga asada y venía congelada y cruda. Nos ofrecen podtre por el mal momento"
