"This is was a very busy week for the facility due to a pow wow being in town. The front desk staff was calm and kind under a lot of pressure. The facility was decorated nicely and was very clean. Our room was in good repair and clean. I did not use the pool but it looked very nice. The breakfast area was clean and there was several choices."

"Unfortunately our room smelled bad when arrived. Smelled like toilet didn't work. Later in the night we smelled cigarette smoke and woke up to our room smelling like stale cigarettes. Did tell front desk staff and they mentioned talking to manager when they arrived. It is too bad that it was a nice hotel but the smells were horrible"

"Property was clean, breakfast was fantastic, but the check in lady was horrible and rude. When we first arrived no one was there for 20 minutes. When she finally came out she was not helping or friendly at all. Also, very loud hallways kids running up and down, slamming doors!"

"Compared to a couple of other motels, we have previously stayed in in that neighborhood, Microtel had Better beds and breakfast. Pillows and linens were excellent, breakfast included an omelette maker with all the fixings. Our double room actually had two TVs and a large mini fridge."
