"Hotel overall was kind of dirty. The hallway carpet to get to the rooms was black. You could see the dirt. The ice maker was leaking on the floor on your way in there was never any staff at the counter. You always had to ring the bell for somebody to come out. As for the room, the curtains went past the air conditioner forcing the cold air up into the curtain versus into the room each night. We had to put things to push the curtain back onto the window ledge so the room would be air-conditioned....

"The property is going through a major renovation so there was a lot of construction equipment around the premises with made parking difficult. None of the ice machines were working, just a few rooms were available because of the renovations. The staff was pleasant as always and was apologetic for all the construction. Hopefully they'll get it all fixed soon and we'll be happy to return."

"Perfect for those with mobility issues. Clean, large rooms with accessible showers including shower chair and vanity area for getting ready. Nice and quiet because of the white noise the ample air conditioning unit makes. Being on the ground floor, there were also guests with dogs…you couldn’t hear any barking at all when in the room. Nice, helpful staff too."
