"Staff were friendly at check in. We were not notified that the hot tub was ice cold. The pool area was DISGUSTING, like it had never been cleaned before. There was hair piled all around the drains on the floor around the pool area and there was a horrible musty smell in there. Room was decent but again like it wasn’t even vacuumed there was clumps of hair on the floor in our room. Breakfast was opened a half hour late, resulting in my kids not getting breakfast before having to leave early that...

"We came in for a wedding and requested an early check in. We called one week before and the day before! Despite being packed with a softball tournament crowd, they fit us in, and gave us a beautiful, chic clean room. We loved the renovations and the fact that we had access to a pool, free coffee and more."
