"Clean rooms, good breakfast"

"This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My family just stayed one night and there were five of us. They brought an extra cot into the room so the five of us could fit. I had three teenagers. It was a little tight but for one night it was perfect. We used the pool and hot tub. Very clean. The toilet seats could be heated. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay there again."

"The only problem was the elevator was broken. I don’t blame staff for this. It was just an unfortunate time, but we were on the third floor."

"Room was clean and comfortable I would recommend it - make sure pool heater is working and the shuttle service is booked in advance for all or any type of trips ** alcoholic beverages for guests to purchase would of been nice ** extend the breakfast hours from 6-10am would be nice"

"Not worth the money, door had been previously kicked in and not secured properly, the bedding covers need to be replaced or a heavy cleaning, the A/C was old and noisy and the tv didn’t work. However it was quiet (other than the A/C) and we had no problem sleeping as the mattresses were good and walking distance to shops among other places."

"The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a great ambience. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool were under renovation when we were there. Also, the staff were unable to answer basic questions like how much the children’s buffet was. Also, the walls are very thin so the people in one of the rooms did not get much sleep. Would be great if just priced a bit lower, especially for the off-season"
