The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch. "Staff was awful gave us keys to our room. We went up to check out our room, we opened the door and went in and to everyones surprise there was people living in that room. So they gave us another room bùt no heat. So we went down to the front desk they said they sent someone to fix it. After two hours still no heàt Now it is almost midnight and is colder than hell in our room. Fed up we checked out and had to find another room somewhere in Spokane at midnight with basketball tournaments this...

"2 night stay. Loved the Motel and the Staff was incredible. What was HORRIBLE was the parking situation. Arrived in the evening and circled the downtown area for 30 minutes to find a parking spot and I had arranged for Valet Parking. There is just NO ONE out front to maneuver all the illegal parked cars.... every time we left to see friends/family we had to deal with this really cancer issue for this institution. Fix this we'll be back. Not planning on Returning. Too many other options... the...
