"Room was decent. A few things I noticed could have been cleaned better (like the floors). There were sugar ants crawling on the kitchenette and sink. There was no hand soap either and you only get shampoo and a body bar for toiletries. "

"After walking all the way to the gym and not being able to access it, I went to the desk and was told I needed a different key. That may be something that should be covered at check in. And when sitting in the lobby, enjoying the view or fireplace, the front desk staff may want to consider talking more quietly among themselves as the sound really travels throughout the space. It diminished the peaceful environment. Otherwise, the stay was absolutely lovely! Such a great setting and location. We hope to be back soon!"
