"Check-in was quick. My room on the first floor was basic but clean. The bed was comfortable, with three pillows. The TV was adequate, though pretty small - maybe 32". The remote control has buttons for Netflix and Amazon Prime, but I didn't try them out. The air conditioning was excellent. There was a packaged bar of soap next to the sink, and large containers of body wash and shampoo in the bathtub/shower. The bathroom had plenty of towels available. I didn't partake of the free breakfast, so I can't comment about that. The hotel is close to lots of stores and restaurants, and is conveniently located less than a mile off the interstate. It's a good, basic hotel at an affordable price in a convenient location - just what I needed. I had nothing to complain about during my one-night stay, so I'd be happy to stay here again the next time I'm in Bellingham."

"The reason this property succeeds is employees like Finley. From the moment my family checked in, Finley took care of us. It was our sons first time staying by an airport and Finley was able to get us a close room to the airport. Everything was clean. The room was spotless, the automatic blinds were perfect and our son really enjoyed the suite room. I would recommend the suite with the separate room to any teaveling family. Our son really enjoyed the pool. We went down to dinner and let me tell you, the pretzel was homemade! And there was a ton of beer cheese, yes a ton. I was very impressed by the antipasto salad, it was HUGE and very flavorful. Our son enjoyed the pizza from the kids menu. Brittany (not how her name is spelled) was one of the best servers our family has had. She was a delight, and friendly. She deserves to be acknowledged for her hard work.
