Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
Everything seemed more like a cheap motel. Room service came in a cardboard box. No one knew how to cast to the TV. All Apps and no service. No cash excepted. The valet did call a cab for us that was helpful everything else seemed sub-par.

Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis
Well I’m not a complainer, but we thought the casino was not the cleanest, empty beer cans full ashtrays and not sure when the last time a machine was wiped off. Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
Everything was great. It was the first time I have had a hotel with our wash cloths to shower with but otherwise great.

The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Check in was easy. I was unable to use the app I believe because I used a 3rd party to book.
