"Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation."

"Loved the children’s free ice or fruit . Children’s play area at breakfast. Dog friendly. Loved the warm pool and hot tub. I’m diabetic and had a low blood sugar. The man at the pool helped me . The lady at the bar read the list of about 15 favourers of ice cream . She was lovely. We had stay for funeral in the area . Would stay again"

"The location was easy to find using satnav and the access is very easy. There is ample parking in a quiet location. An unusual feature is that all rhe rooms are purpose built modern units detached from the much older public house part which also houses the restaurant. There is also a beer garden area with some shade. The benefit of this layout is that there are no staircases or lifts to navigate to get to your room. My room was exceptionally large, and my first impression was how cool it felt...

"Enjoyed our few days at the hotel. Nice rooms with very comfortable bed. Good facilities in the room but no safe. Breakfast was good - pretty standard. Pastries were not great - pain-au-chocolat and croissants were disappointing. We had a couple of meals in the bar. The burgers were not good. Tasted like very processed meat. Pizza was good.
