"The hotel is in an excellent location for Earlham Park, it has a nice breakfast and reception areas, plenty of parking, and the breakfast was good. The staff are friendly and helpful. "The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn."
