"The TV would freeze up for a up to 5 minutes at a time so hard to watch anything. Went down for breakfast at 6:50am and there were only a couple of sausage patties and round egg patties left, hash browns were all gone and no staff around to get more. Made a sandwich from what was there, decaf coffee air pot was empty. Staff showed up 10 minutes after we got down there but we were leaving at that point."

"Very nice property! Never stayed here before. Great out of the way, but close, location for Valley Fair, Canterbury Downs and the Mystic Lake Facilities. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"I stayed here with my sons after a long day at Valley Fair. I needed connecting rooms for the 2 rooms I reserved and my request was met immediately. The rooms were extremely clean and updated with very modern choices. The lobby is welcoming with snacks and drinks (for purchase) and Vogue magazines on the side tables for reading. I didn’t have the breakfast but the area was very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again after a trip to Valley Fair. This was a very nice hotel."

"when we arrived our room was actually awful. we made a call to the front desk to be moved to the upper level and we got more than we barganed for. the stay was very nice after that. Due to the condition of the first room I gave a lower rating. the staff was amazing and you can tell the hotel is upgrading. right now things are a bit outdated in areas but overall it was a nice stay"

"Beautiful site and great room. Ice machine is broken in the bldg I was in and it was 93 degrees. Was instructed to go to main bldg for ice. NOT!! Very disappointed I’m handicap and there was no one there to assist me. Very disappointed in that especially. I can live without ice, but no help is frustrating.
