The property is well kept. Quiet and it is kept clean. However, there is lightning missing outside and especially in the room ( bathroom) way too dark.

We were really looking forward to our stay but unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. For the price we paid, we were surprised and disappointed to find that there was no Wi-Fi in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. When we brought it up with the staff, we were told the problem was on our end — not the property’s. Overall, a frustrating experience that fell short of the standard we anticipated. Also I was there the day of my birthday- no acknowledgment there. No attention to detail, unfortunately!

Die Anlage liegt sehr schön ruhig in schöner Landschaft unweit von Noto und weiteren interessanten Zielen (Syrakus, Modica u.a.). Das Beste aber ist die Küche, nahe am Sterne-Niveau!

This is a stunningly beautiful property set in many acres of land, an estate planted with olive and almond trees together with vineyards. A series of one story buildings in the estate house the rooms/suites. A central building (pictured) houses the reception, a dining room and an area by the pool. Separately in the grounds there’s a lovely al fresco dining area for evenings. It’s situated in the countryside and is about a 20 minute drive to the city of Noto.

Would highly recommend to everyone! I was a little bit skeptical based on the price, but the staff was very nice and attentive. Great food, lovely property. They even let me stay late to enjoy the pool and a glass of wine on a beautiful day! Will definitely be back!
