"El apartamento como en las fotos. Todo en general muy limpio. La llave no abría y cerraba, había que pelearse con con ella hasta conseguir que girará. Llamamos a nuestra llegadas las 2330h, el teléfono solo está operativo de 9 a 21h, nadie nos ayudo. La reserva era para 3, el sofá cama no estaba abierto ni hecha la cama. Llamamos por la mañana para solicitar late check out, nos dijeron que no y que dejaramls la llave en la caja de la entrada. No hay luggage store disponible "

"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "

"Plantonia is a well thought out aparthotel with great design, thoughtful touches, and very helpful staff. The location is great for exploring Krakow and easy access to public transportation.
The bakery on the first floor is a nice treat—we got breakfast there several times. I live where there are plenty of vegan bakeries and they can definitely be hit or miss. This vegan bakery was excellent!
The apartment was very comfortable and included several live plants. We had a two bedroom apartment...

"Beliggenheten var perfekt, med gåavstand til det meste.
Rommet var stort, moderne og rent. Jeg spurte om det var mulig å få badekar, og fikk både badekar og balkong.
De ansatte var veldig hyggelige!
Hadde sauna for meg selv, som besto av to badstuer og en dusj. Jeg nevnte bare tidspunkt på kvelden, og de varmet den opp til meg.
Ved utsjekk fikk jeg sette igjen bagasjen i et låst rom, og hentet ut senere på dagen.
De ryddet også rommet mitt, selv om jeg hang opp lappen på ettermiddagen.
