"Hotel is far from Old Town but the amazing public transportation system makes it easy to go back and forth. Rooms are very spacious! It looks like it is a fairly new building. Restroom was clean and well-lit. Mini fridge is spacious and microwave works great! One thing that was a bit disappointing was that when I checked in, the receptionist seems bothered, he was very quiet and not welcoming at all. Overall I really liked this hotel. "

"Es war ein absolut perfektes Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und es ging alles sehr schnell. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt zwar außerhalb des Zentrums, aber der nahegelegene Bahnhof "Praha-Liben" gleicht das wieder aus. 8 Minuten mit dem Zug und schon ist man am Prager Hbf. Es ist ein super Hotel, in das ich jederzeit wieder zurückkehren würde und auch meinen Bekannten und meiner Familie empfohlen habe"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Diplomat Hotel Prague. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout and feels modern and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very clean, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was large and comfortable, and we really appreciated the separate duvets. "Sauberes Zimmer, gutes vielfältiges Frühstück, kleiner aber feiner Wellnessbereich mit kleinem Schwimmbad, finische Sauna und Dampfbad. Auch ein Fitnessstudio gehört dazu. Der Wellnessbereich ist in der 24.Etage und kostet 275 kč /h oder 495 kč /Tag. Bei einigen Zimmern ist der Aufenthalt im Wellnesszentrum im Preis includiert. "

"Room is quite and spacious enough for 2 persons and accommodates 2 large luggages and 2 carry ons. The room is cleaned and towels changed daily. Breakfast is superb. This hotel also has complimentary light soup for lunch. The back door leads to a stunning view of the Charles Bridge and Vltava River. Hotel is 5 min walk to the John Lennon Wall and 1-2 min walk to the Charles Bridge. I highly recommend this hotel."

"My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice."
