Nice, multi-ethnic community. Varied cuisine available. Clean and well equipped for short term stay. Moderate noise level when window is opened. Well muffled with window closed. Good value and recommendable.

Short stopover by train

I was a little worried about the automatic door opening procedure but everything worked absolutely perfectly. The property was easy to find, walking distance from Nuremberg Hbf, very cozy and clean super comfortable bed, everything I needed was provided, shampoo and shower gel, even coffee and tea. Very quiet peaceful night, air conditioner provided but not needed, balcony door and opening windows for fresh air. Absolutely excellent stay, will recommend to friends visiting Nuremberg.

Great little, compact apartment, modern and clean. The kitchen was useful; but only one glass, no bread knife. Also I found the door opening on my mobile OK first time; but for the whole stay inconvenient. Would have preferred a key card. The neighbourhood is not the best but good links to public transportation - underground and trams.

アパートメントタイプ。 部屋もとても綺麗でお洒落だった。 2階の角部屋だった為か、広い部屋だった。 屋根の作りの影響で天井が斜めになっている部分があり、頭をぶつける時が何度もあったが、斜めの天井には開け閉め可能な窓が設置されていて、部屋が非常に明るかったし、 部屋の雰囲気も良かった。コンセントが多く設置されていて、非常に便利。 エアコンが設置されていたが、上手く動作しない時があり。別に暖房器具が設置されていたので、寒さはなかった。 3日間滞在したが、部屋は非常に満足しました。台所は使わなかったが、冷蔵庫も設置されていて、スーパーも近いので、料理をする人にはとても便利。非常におすすめできるホテルです。 ホテルの玄関、部屋のルームキーは デジタルキーが使用されている為、インターネット環境、スマホ、タブレット、PCが なければ、完全にアウト。 チェックインメールがチェックイン当日に届き、ホテルの専用ポータルサイトから オンラインでチェックインする流れだが、 ちゃんと案内がくるのか？非常に不安だったが大丈夫だった。 チェックインしてホテルに入ることが出来れば、エントランスにルームキーカードを作成できる環境が設置されているので、デジタルキー以外の手段でもホテルの玄関、部屋に入ることは出来そう。しかし予約番号、氏名を入力してルームキーカードの発行を試みたが カードが発行出来なかった。デジタルキーのみだと、やはり不安な為、ホテルのメイン玄関、部屋はカードキーを使用したかった。 インターネット環境の不具合、スマートフォンの故障などに備えて、デジタルキー以外の鍵の開錠をしっかり検討して欲しい。 チェックインカウンターが無いことも不安だったが結果的にチェックイン案内のメールもちゃんと届いたし、デジタルキーも機能したので、問題はなかったが。。 非常に良いホテルだったのでドイツの旅が満喫できました。

위치는 중앙역에서 걸어서 15분 정도, 큰길따라 걷는거라 캐리어 끌고도 걸을만합니다. 무인으로 운영되는 숙소라 리셉션이 따로 없고 앱으로 체크인부터 호텔입구 및 객실문열기, 체크아웃까지 하게 됩니다. 오후4시 체크인, 오전10시 체크아웃인데 무인으로 운영해서 체크인 전이나 체크인 이후에 캐리어같은 짐을 보관할 수 없습니다. 그리고 2명이 3박을 묵었는데 수건을 첫날 준비된 샤워타올 2개와 얼굴타올 2개로 계속 사용해야합니다. 물론 수건교체신청하면 5유로 추가비용내고 교체 가능한데 이것도 72시간 전에 신청해야 메시지를 확인할 수 있다고 앱에 안내되어 있습니다. 객실에 준비된 캡슐커피도 2개뿐이라 첫날 아침에 이용하고 나면 더 이상 마실 수 없습니다. 제일 열받았던 점은 12월 초에 이용했는데 2인 스튜디오형태의 객실(캐리어 2개 동시에 펼칠 공간이 없어 하나는 아예 열지않고 사용) 요금이 금, 토요일의 경우 31-34만원 정도였습니다. 일요일 가격이 10만원 초반대인 것, 같은 시기에 다른 독일 도시 및 유럽의 호텔들을 사용했던 경험(객실 크기, 객실내 편의시설 등)을 비교해보면 10만원 초반대가 이 호텔의 적정가격일겁니다. 30만원 이상의 가격을 받을거면 거기에 맞는 서비스 제공이 필요할겁니다.

PROS: Reasonably priced, small, functional rooms, close to the U1/trolley. CON/Room: It has a refrigerator/freezer, but the refrigerator door doesn't open wide enough to access the freezer. The cleaning staff shouted through the halls as they worked, every day. You pay for early check-in using bank transfer (not simple on mobile) or 2) PayPal. I paid per the instructions on the hotel app. Eventually, the hotel responded that I'd used "Goods/Services" (what I was receiving—services) and PayPal charges a transaction fee. They insisted I cover that charge, using "Friends/Family". Should've been in the instructions. Then, early check-in wasn't available at the agreed upon time. Access to the hotel is via their app. Problem: The app updates & logs you out. Logging in requires your reservation code each time. If the app were stable, I wouldn't have an issue, but it's pretty annoying to be standing in rain/snow/cold searching email for the hotel's reservation code to enter the hotel. When I arrived, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, hair in the bathroom and on the bed, and dirt/debris on the floor. Overall, I wouldn't return.

Schöne neue Unterkunft. Alles sehr digital abgewickelt, es hat aber gut geklappt. Die Lage ist zentral, aber nicht die Schönste von Nürnberg. Preis-Leistung bei mir war top.

Die Handhabung in sein Zimmer zu kommen ist sehr stressig. Man bekommt eine Zimmernummer erst, wenn man im Foyer ist. Da gab es einen Terminal und dann waren da Karten. Habe keine Erklärung gefunden wie das funktioniert. Ist nicht Benutzerfreundlich. Mit dem Handy sollte man die Tür öffnen. Was, wenn das Internet nicht funktioniert oder Akku leer ist? Dafür würde ich nur einen Stern vergeben. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön mit Balkon. Verbesserungsvorschlag; Groß Check-Inn schreiben und erklären, wie das mit den Kartenaufladen funktioniert. Kurz und knapp. Dann ist alles super. Vielleicht einen Automaten mit Getränken und Snacks aufstellen.
