":Restaurant.
Stay away from this resort!. Main concern is the restaurant, waiting time is more than one hour, food arrived cold. Stay away if you have food allergies, we tried to communicate with the staff but every time they were adding allergens, spices or garnishes to food, when we wanted it plain, from 6:25 to 10:00 and In the end my kids slept hungry, I was forced to give them some snacks, other hotels were far from this one.

"We had to leave and had to make a new reservation at a different hotel.
We drove in and waited at the gate for 15 minutes and in pitch darkness before someone came to open the gate. The gate is almost a quarter mile away from the main buildings. We honked multiple times and I had to leave the safety of my car to knock at the gate.
The room we were assigned was Dirty with falling window curtains. Water was shut off and we had to wait for them to run around to get it running. The toilet was dirty...
