However, what truly stands out is the staff. The service is absolutely wonderful. We can only be grateful for every smile and for the kindness of every single person who works there. "Staff was very helpful and everyone from cleaning to pool were very nice. The pools were amazing, especially the adult only one. We tried a few experiences: Teppayanki: great taste and friendly chef, was a lot of fun. Only negative is the sauce maybe been a bit too buttery In villa dining: the staff set up a nice table and BBQ in our villa. The food was fresh off the grill and delicious with very generous portions."

"You guys this place is a must the amount of details that they go through and the staff and how polite they are is beyond. It's really what made my stay so special here I checked in for a solo trip and when I arrive late that night, they had set up a happy birthday sign on the bed that made me feel so special and they also put flowers in my outdoor bathtub I mean the details of this was just too much to not love"
