"Clean room, helpful staff "

"No breakfast, as indicated by some of the sources we saw. The desk clerk who checked us in didn't seem to care if we were there or not. Totally unwelcoming and rude. For half the night there were footsteps and somebody dragging something across the floor above us. The place was not impressive. It was ok . . . just ok . . . or less. I wouldn't make an effort to stay there again."

"Mostly everything was great. My only issue was our shower and sink didn’t produce warm water for very long. We called the front and they sent someone to repair it within 15 minutes. But even after the water was still getting very cold. We decided to deal with it instead of calling again. "

"When I went to check-in at the front desk, the reception person asked me to choose from the floors that were available, which was great. I had never been asked to choose before. Then he also gave me Hilton Honors points for my stay even though I got it through Expedia, which was another plus! The person who helped us check out was also wonderful because she gave us late checkout without thinking and she was just very accommodating. The location was great because it was right off the LIE and it was two minutes away from all the shopping: food, Starbucks, supermarket, bank and etc. I also love that they are so dog-friendly! Most hotels charge per night but this hotel charges $75 per STAY up to 4 days and that's up to TWO pets. This is the biggest reason why I chose this hotel - plus the big heated indoor pool. I only wish they had a hot tub bcs when I got out of the pool, it was freezing. But if I must be objective, the buffet wasn't that great because there weren't too many menus to choose from. The only hot food that was served was eggs, sausages and oatmeal and self-serve waffles which you have to make yourself. But the coffee was great! And there is a $15/day for parking, which I was told I had to pay when I check-out but I wasn't charged at all. And you also have to share the elevator with the cleaning ladies and the elevator was the only one that needed renovating. But otherwise, I give FIVE stars for this hotel! We would definitely go back!"

"Hello , we truly enjoyed your hotel , one of your representatives at the reception , is the reason to have a successful visit and enjoyable, ELIZABETH is a stand out person, we had a minor issue, and she was so helpful and professional. I definitely think she’s a BIG 10 , any business are blessed to have such people running the show in your “living room” THANK YOU DEAR ELIZABETH "

"This whole hotel was absolutely disgusting. Me filthy We switched rooms to go to a different floor. It was still filthy. It reeks of dust pot and cigarettes smoke in an overwhelming way not like recently smoked, but like it has smelled for decades The rugs throughout the building are absolutely vile. They are stained every single place throughout all the hallways, and there's garbage literally small amounts of it drunk throughout the hotel. We had planned on staying another night and we changed our plans because the hotel was so filthy and we couldn't find another one easily"
