"First impression, as always, is the staff at the Registration Desk. They were especially helpful and professional. It is very easy to deal with genuinely kind people in any situation, and these employees were very nice. They had run out of rooms like we needed that day and gave us an automatic upgrade. The room they gave us was so nice; roomy, clean and enjoyable. This made us wish we were staying longer as the room was so "like home." Like I told Max at the front desk the next day, this single night stay was the best bang-for-the-buck room we had stayed in for quite some time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"
