"I reserved my rooms months in advance, 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds each. Upon check-in, the two very unfriendly desk staff members, did not seem to care when they only had one room on my reservation. Even after I showed them proof of my reservation, they did not care and did not apologize. They blamed it on hotels.com. Ultimately, I ended up with two rooms on separate floors, which was a huge disappointment since I had to be separated from my family members. The room also had many dead bugs throughout. One the other hand, the woman that set up and managed the breakfast, was wonderful! She was the best part of our stay! Very friendly and attentive."
