"Rooftop restaurant food was good, burger was great, view ia great. Breakfast is good & reasonably priced. Room was underwhelming. Bed is comfortable but decor & comfortable chair lacking. Especially for $200/night"

"Considering age of the hotel, the room was pretty clean (I had a kitchen suite). The property is just older- the parking lot entry could stand to be repaved for sure. I didn’t get breakfast, but did try to get coffee. The coffee was empty, and when I asked the front desk about it she was visibly annoyed and told me to check with the breakfast attendant. There was no attendant avaiable (I waited several minutes). My biggest complaint is noise. The fellow next door started playing music at 630...

"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."

"Overall not a bad stay, breakfast was okay. However the smoking policy needs inforced, constant smell of weed on the 4th flood and people smoking by side entrance doors. Cigs and weed. Also kinda loud at night. Room was clean and very welcoming. "

"I have stayed many times to visit my son who attends CMU. This hotel is closest one to the campus that surrounded with good restaurant options. It is about 5 to 10 mins walk to both CMU and Pitts. "

"Excellent hotel. Although, they are supposed to do housekeeping every other day, but they didn't do our room on the only one day we were entitled to. We came back to late at night, so we just asked for clean towels. They apologized when we checked out. "

"Our family is on a road trip from Ontario, Canada into Florida. This is the first time taking this route, through all new states. Right off the highway we found this hotel for a quick nights rest, booked online (third party) and within 30 minutes showed up to everything being prepared and ready for us. Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Clean environment! Felt comfortable here for a great rate to bring our young kids in, "

"Love the location of this hotel! Overall had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel! Recently updated although disappointed hot tub was removed. A few minor things: starbucks had inconsistent hours. Was told would be open till noon on Saturday only to come to find out the girl was closing up at 1030 am the Saturday we were there. Was told at check in we could have a room next to the other party we were traveling with only to check in and we were at opposite ends of hotel. Not a huge issue...
