The room and staff were lovely. The hot tub was closed and the pool was closed one day too. The air freshener was overpowering and too strong in all of the common areas and seeped into the rooms.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the laundry with app so I could easily monitor my laundry. The breakfast was enjoyable and had a variety of options. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful.

Yes they front desk let an individual walk past them into my room, when I specifically gave orders to the Manager, that I didn't want nobody in my room, and then the front desk, told someone who was not registered to my room, what my room number was without my permission
