"The landscaping/annuals were amazing! The breakfast buffet was perfect for our needs!"

"Clean room, well equipped kitchen, helpful staff. The location was quiet and convenient. We only stayed one night. I think it is better for longer stays. While there was some food and snacks available, I prefer a fresh hot breakfast. I did find a great breakfast place called “Lovely” a few minutes away."

"It is a nice large, cleanroom for the money, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, and a well taken care of property overall with plenty of parking. No clear downside except there was no plug for the bath, but I forgot to ask for one and I’m sure they would’ve provided it if I had asked. A simple continental breakfast but with plenty of variety. Very good value for money."

"Impressive seeing the owner taking such pride and tending to the property himself. Homeless have been moving closer since staying at the Signature Inn for the past two years as a step off to my flight home from Eugene Airport. The owner is obviously monitoring cameras on the property and is quick to address the homeless before encroaching on the property"

"Have stayed here several times as it's convenient to the Oregon Horse Center. The rooms are always clean and I appreciate that they have the basics I need - bed, bathroom, refrigerator, sink. Check-in is easy and the staff has always been friendly on arrival. I also have an F-350 truck to park and can always find space. They also have a coffee maker and coffee available in the room."

The woman working check in kept forgetting to turn on the speaker as she was talking to me so I kept having to say what I can't hear you and she was not thrilled that she had to repeat herself when giving me directions to the room. "The room was in terrible condition. We did not feel comfortable staying there. The surrounding area did not feel safe. The bathroom ceiling had a big hole in it. Can’t believe that the charge for the room was $350+. We really wish we could get a refund. We did not stay there. Spent a total of 10 minutes in the room. Please don’t rent this room to anyone else. Do not recommend! "

"The hotel is located in a nice spot it was quiet. The pool was nice and the hot tub we enjoyed that a lot. The hallways were dirty. The rooms were clean, we had a room with a living room and the couch and chair were pretty stained I did not seat on it. The shower floor was getting stained maybe hard water but it just looked like maybe some maintenance should take place in some areas you forget. And the heat didn’t work in our room.
