"Very helpful staff. The mini refrigerator had a freezer compartment! Very helpful for icepacks. Concern for our pet’s wellbeing was appreciated. Out the back door was a pizzeria, so we weren’t back in the car to get dinner!"

"The hotel room was very dirty, the sheets on the beds were stain. We had to cut our vacation short, didn't want my kids exposed to an infection. No pride shown at this hotel. I will never come back. When came time to check out at 11... nobody was at the front desk, we waited 2 hours for someone to show up, but nobody ever did. Not cool wasting people's time like that."

"Staff were extremely unhelpful & unfriendly . One counter person with long line of people. Supervisor not helping, hiding in her office, until people started complaining. Took 1 hour & 50 minutes for me to finally get to my room. Staff said could not help with issue because me wife used Expedia instead of reserving directly with them. I will never stay at a Harrah’s again."
