"Staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn’t like having to ring the door every time for exit/ entry"

"Staff was great. The staff had a different recommendation for almost everything you want from food to site seeing. They can even help with booking something i.e taxi if Didi(it's like uber) isn't working or an excursion like monte alban."

"Excellent location and service"

"Clean room and helpful staff."

"The room is really spacious and cozy and is really comfortable. The location is perfect, all restaurants, galleries and iconic places are walking distance. Our stay there was lovely. "
