"I was moved twice to different rooms, once because the room had a heavy smell of humidity, the second time I found cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff relocated us quickly after checking the rooms. But I have to mention that my sister stayed in another room with no issues at all, we joke that it was just my bad luck. Excellent location with parking which is a huge plus. Even after those issues I could stay here again, staff was nice and helpful and resolved the issues favorably."
