"We stayed here for 6 days. Staff was friendly. This hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Zocalo and to downtown maybe 2 blocks away. The room was very nice, keep in mind it’s an older building but very beautiful. They do have a pool and the restaurant in the hotel had very good breakfast. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because we did not have hot water in our room, not that we needed it much because in the day time since it was hot outside the water was warm...

"Service was extrodinary, anticipated every desire. Beds comfortable with good linens. Clean bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. 15 minute walk to downtown area. Lots of restaurants closer. Quiet area at night."

"I booked a reservation months in advance based on the location and pictures; at the time of booking it said rooms in the area were selling out fast or some locations had no rooms left for the dates I needed. The day I go to check in the hotel staff informs me that they are not honoring pre-paid reservations. They also informed me that the hotel has not been taking reservations via third parties for the previous two weeks. They informed me that there was rooms available but I would have to pay...
