"The hotel was very secure with security at the gates and x-ray for baggage at the entrance. The lobby is quite large, with a restaurant, gift shop and station to arrange transportation. The food was good. Our room was nice, but not quite as cool as we would like. The rug in our room was pretty dirty and had not been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise we had a great stay."
"Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom.
Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for....
"I loved this property and wish I could have stayed in Luxor for longer - I only stayed there for two days. The hotel is tiktok and instagram friendly so good for making travel content if that's what you are after. Hotel staff was friendly and helped me arrange my trip to banana island and the hotel airballoon ride.
Staff was always down to help whenever needed and would highly recommend this hotel if its fits your budget. "
"A estadia foi boa no geral. O atendimento na piscina e no restaurante foi excelente, com equipe sempre atenciosa e prestativa. Tivemos apenas um pouco de dificuldade no momento de fechar a conta, mas isso parece ser algo comum na região. "The Front Office & Housekeeping team are the best. The breafast buffet spread is definitely wholesome. The Hotel Manager is friendly and helpful with simple requests from guests. The only issue is the tepid water in the shower. If you're not expecting a 5-Star luxury, this property will meet your expectation. Im definitely planning to return here in the next few months."
